Rs.16000/- (JRF) OR Rs. 18000/- (SRF) + 20% HRA)
Candidates Should have Post Graduate Degree in Wildlife Sciences/ Zoology/ Forestry/ Environmental Sciences or Management/ Life Sciences/ Biodiversity and Conservation/ with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University. Candidates with two years field research experience will be considered for Senior Project Fellow (SPF). Desirable Qualification(s) (DQ): Experience /interest in: field data collection for mammals/people-wildlife interface issues; abundance estimation and analysis; behavioural studies; Remote sensing & GIS and working with communities to reduce conflicts.

The candidate should report by 0930 hrs for scrutiny of documents on 6th November 2017 followed by an Interview on the same day at 1100 hrs. The Institute will not provide accommodation for candidates appearing for the interview. Candidates should bring the duly filled-in application with attested true copies of testimonials of educational qualifications research experience, along with a certificate of extracurricular activities, date of birth, mark sheets of all examinations etc. All original documents/certificates must be produced at the time of registration for necessary verification.
