Minimum Higher Secondary (Passed). Must be permanent resident of the district(s) applied for with intensive knowledge about the district(s). At least five years of experience in working with environment/ social/ education/ Govt. sector. Having good interpersonal skill and liaison ability. Knowledge on biodiversity and related issues. Preferably having proficiency in report preparation and computer knowledge.
