Degree in Engineering (Civil/Water Resources / Hydrology) OR Ph.D. in basic science (Earth Science/Environmental Science / Geology/Geography/Maths/Statistics/Hydrol. Sciences) OR B.E./B.Tech.(Civil/Water Resources/Hydrology) or M.Sc. in basic sciences (Earth Science / Environmental Science/Maths/Geology/Geography/Statistics/Project Officer Hydrol.
