Rajya Sabha Television (RSTV) invites applications for recruitment of Cameraperson, Junior Cameraperson, Junior Video Editor, Senior Graphics Designer, Graphics Designer (VizRt / Virtual Studio), Graphics Designer, Junior Graphics Designer, Panel Producer, Transport Coordinator in New Delhi. Last date for application is 13th May 2016.
Cameraperson - 05
Educational Qualification: (i) Graduate from a recognized University/Institution; and (ii) At least 5 years experience in cinematography with experience in handling cameras of popular formats in studios as well as outdoor shoots for a television channel/production house. Or (i) Three-year degree/diploma in Cinematography or Videography from recognized University/Institution; and (ii) At least 3 years experience in cinematography with experience in lighting for multi-camera shoots for living as well as pre-recorded shows Desirable: Diploma or a Certificate Course (of not less than one-year duration) in cinematography from a recognized University/ Institution, in the case of candidates having only graduate degree.
Pay Scale:Rs.54,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:21-58 years.
Junior Cameraperson - 22
Educational Qualification: (i) 10+2 from a recognised Board/ Institution; and (ii) At least 3 years experience in cinematography with experience in handling cameras of popular formats in studios as well as outdoor shoots for a television channel/production house. Desirable: At least Diploma or a Certificate Course (of not less than one year duration) in cinematography from a recognised University / Institution.
Pay Scale:Rs.30,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:21-58 years.
Junior Video Editor - 23
Educational Qualification: (i) 10+2 from a recognised Board/ Institution; and (ii) At least 3 years experience in video editing on Non- linear Format in a television channel/ production house. Desirable: Diploma or a Certificate Course (of not less than one-year duration) in Video Editing /Post Production from a recognized University/ Institution.
Pay Scale:Rs.30,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:21-58 years.
Senior Graphics Designer - 03
Educational Qualification: (i) Graduate from a recognised University; and (ii) At least 8 years experience in the design and creation of graphics in a television channel/production house/ reputed news portal using popular computer aided design tools and software.
Pay Scale:Rs.72,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:21-58 years.
Graphics Designer (VizRt / Virtual Studio) - 02
Educational Qualification: (i) Graduate from a recognized University; and (ii) At least 5 years experience in design and creation of graphics in a television channel/production house/ reputed news portal using popular computer aided design tools and software, of which 2 years experience should be off working on VizRT.
Pay Scale:Rs.60,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:21-58 years.
Graphics Designer - 05
Educational Qualification: (i) Graduate from a recognised University; and (ii) 5 years experience in design and creation of graphics in a television channel/ production house/ reputed news portal using popular computer aided design tools and software.
Pay Scale:Rs.42,000/- Per Month

Junior Graphics Designer - 05
Educational Qualification: (i) Graduate from a recognized University; and (ii) One year experience in design and creation of graphics in a television channel/ production house/ reputed news portal using popular computer aided design tools and software.
Pay Scale:Rs.30,000/- Per Month

Panel Producer - 02
Educational Qualification: (i) Graduate from a recognised University/Institution; and (ii) At least 5 years experience in a TV channel with at least 4 years experience in PCR operation/Online production Desirable: Degree/ Diploma from a recognised University/ Institution in Journalism or Mass Communication or Media Production.
Pay Scale:Rs.60,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:21-58 years.
Transport Coordinator - 05
Educational Qualification: (i) Matriculation from a recognised board /institution; and (ii) At least 2 years experience in handling transport department in a TV channel/company.
Pay Scale:Rs.40,000/- Per Month
