Candidates Should have 12th pass in science subjects and two years diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or one year DMLT plus one year required experience in a recognized organization or two years’ field/ laboratory experience. BSc degree shall be treated as 3 years’ experience. Desirable: BSc (MLT). Experience of working in field projects.

The candidates shall report for appearing in the walk- in- written the exam with a. Duly filled application form b. Self-attested photocopies of proof of date of birth (class 10th certificate/ school leaving certificate), eligibility qualification mark-sheets, degrees, experience certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), qualifying degree registration with the statutory council (if applicable) and other relevant testimonials.
