As Per Rules.
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education or Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science with at least 55% of marks (or equivalent grade in point scale wherever grading System is followed) with Consistently good academic record. Record of having represented the University/college at the Inter-University/inter-Collegiate competitions or state and/or National Championships. Desirable Qualification: At least one-year Teaching or Coaching Experience at State/National Level in any of games and sports field. Communication fluency in Hindi/English. Proficiency in computers for handling office work.

A walk in Interview will be held on 07. 12. 2017 at the Meeting Room, New Administrative Building, NIT Durgapur from 10.30am onwards. Interested candidates must report to the venue before commencement of the interview along with application, addressed to the Chairman, Assessment committee of Sports Assistant, NIT Durgapur, Self-attested photocopies of relevant documents, educational qualifications and experiences in details along with one passport size photograph and no objection certificate from their employer (in case of Govt. employee) to be attached with the application and to be submitted at the time of interview.
