Master degree in Agricultural Process Engineering/ Food Science and Technology/ Food Technology/ Food and Nutrition/ Biochemistry with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor's degree. Candidates having a post-graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree should have a NET qualification. Desirable qualification Published research papers, exposure to conduct the experiments in the area of food processing, optimization studies, food quality analysis, statistical analysis, writing research papers.
