Candidates Should have Ph.D. in Agricultural Process Engineering Post- Harvest Engineering & Technology Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineerings Dairy & Food Engineering Biochemistry Food Science/Dairy Chemistry Dairy Technology Chemistry Microbiology Pharmacy. Master degree in any of the above subjects with 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent OGPA, CGPA with at least 2 years of research experience as evidenced from fellowship; associateship, training other engagements. Published research papers. exposure to conducting basic studies on encapsulation and controlled release of active ingredients, optimization, design, and development of processing equipment, fluid low, AUTO CAD Pro E and Statistical analysis Software packages.
