(i) M.Tech./ Ph.D. in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering from a recognised University/ Institute. (ii) Candidates interested in applying for the project should have project related knowledge and working experience. In addition, good knowledge in C programming and Data Structures is required.

Candidates appearing for the interview will be required to bring an application addressed to the Professor-inCharge, Computer and Communication Sciences Division, Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata along with their current signed curriculum vitae (in English), which must include (a)Name (In block letters), (b) Mailing Address, (c) E-mail Address (d) Telephone/ Mobile No., (e) Parents/ Spouse Name, (f) Date of birth, (g) Academic Qualifications (with percentage of marks obtained in each examination), (h) Experience (if any), (i) SC/ST/OBC/differently abled status along with originals and attested copies of all documents/testimonials. A written test may be taken for selection of candidates to appear in the interview.
