Rs. 44000/- for 1 st year. Enhancement in salary as per guidelines of project.
1 st class B.Tech in Electronics Engineering and 1st class M.Tech or equivalent degree with background in VLSI/ Microelectronics. Desirable: Expertise in the designing of VCO and Mixer Schematic, Layout and parameters extractions. Minimum 01 year experience on EDA tools relevant to the project.
