Candidates Should have Masters degree in any subject (Science/Social science/Humanities/Education) with minimum 55% marks, for general category & 50% marks, for SC/ST/PH category. Preference will be given to those having the requisite qualification/experience in International Relations or relevant area. Desirable: Good communication skills in English (writing & speaking) and efficiency in computer operation.
