Project Scientist -Web GIS
Educational Qualification:B.E./ B.Tech (Computer Science /IT). Desired Credentials: 1. Knowledge of Web services/ Technologies such as Javascript/HTML5/Jquery/XML etc. 2. Spatial Web geo-processing and analysis. 3. Adequate knowledge and experience in Spatial Database Management System, preferably in PostgreSQL/Post GIS. 4. Experience in Mapserver, Geoserver, Geonetwork and Openlayers based mapping frameworks.
Pay Scale: Rs.30,000/-(fixed) + CPF as per norms of ASTEC
Age Limit:35 years as on 16.01.2017 (40 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 38 years for OBC candidates).

Project Scientist - Application of Remote Sensing & Web GIS
Educational Qualification:Masters degree in Geoinformatics / Remote Sensing. Desired Credentials: Knowledge of Web services, Java, Spatial Web geo-processing and analysis, Postgres SQL/Post GIS,Mapserver, Geoserver, Geonetwork, Spatial data managment.
Pay Scale: Rs.30,000/-(fixed) + CPF as per norms of ASTEC

Educational Qualification:Graduate with Diploma / Certificate course in Hardware / Networking /RedHat LINUX. Desired Credentials: MCSE, Red hat LINUX with minimum 3yrs experience. Working experiencewith large LAN / SAN environment.
