No minimal educational qualifications are required, but basic reading and writing skills in English, ability to use the GPS, assist with plant sample collections, assist with instruments such as LiCor XT-6400, Leaf Water Potential meter, installing vegetation plots, and familiarity with the flora of Sikkim is absolutely essential.
