1. MBBS / BDS / AYUSH from the MCI / DCI / Respective Councils recognized Institute. 2. The Candidate must also have MPH degree with min 2 years’ experience in teaching MPH students.

The Candidate should bring following original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies at the time of Interview with the application form:- i. Identity Proof (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card etc.) ii. Address Proof (Ration Card, Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card etc.) iii. Certificate showing Date of Birth. (10th Certificate/Birth Certificate). iv. Four recent passport size photographs. v. Class 10th & 12th Certificates. vi. MBBS/BDS/AYUSH Mark sheets & Certificates. vii. MPH Certificates. viii. FMGE Certificate conducted by NBE (For only foreign graduate candidates). ix. Attempt and Internship Completed Certificate. x. Registration with Medical Council of India/ State Medical Council. xi. Experience Certificate (Minimum 2 years’ experience in teaching MPH students). xii. Reservation category Certificate (OBC*/SC/ST/PH) (*Candidate should belong to a non-creamy layer of Central List of OBC). xiii. In the case of OBC candidate, the OBC certificate must be issued within one year (Older certificate not be entertained). xiv. Publications (If have). xv. Any other relevant documents.
