(a) Masters degree (Fisheries Science / Marine Biology / Zoology) with 3 years’ experience or any related degree recognized equivalent thereto. (b) Masters degree in Journalism with 5 years’ experience in computer use and DTP work. Experience in editing fisheries knowledge is desirable. (c) A Programmer with 5 or more years’ of experience in PHP based development having qualifications in B.E/ B.Tech/M.Sc(CS/IT) / M.Sc with BCA/B.Sc (CS) / MCA/ M.Tech.
