Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

Educational Qualification:Master’s in Bioinformatics/ Computer Science / Computer Application/ Agricultural Statistics/ Statistics or equivalent with 4 years or 5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having Master’s degree in basic sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and two years Master’s degree should have NET qualification. Desirable: Knowledge of Statistical and Computational Genomics/ Bioinformatics. Knowledge of programming in LINUX/R/Perl/JAVA/PHP/JSP and use of various software & tools.

Pay Scale:Rs. 25000/- per month + 30% HRA for first and second year and consolidated Rs. 28000/- per month + 30% HRA for third year.

Age Limit: not be more than 35 years for the post of Senior Research Fellow as on date of interview. 5 years relaxation for SC/ST/ women candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates as on date of interview.

Research Associate (RA)

Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Bioinformatics/ Agricultural Statistics/ Statistics/ Computer Science / Computer Application or equivalent or Master’s in Bioinformatics/ Agricultural Statistics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Computer Application or equivalent with 4 years or 5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from fellowship/ associateship/ training/ other engagements. Desirable: Knowledge of Statistical and Computational Genomics/ Bioinformatics. Knowledge of programming in LINUX/R/Perl/JAVA/PHP/JSP and use of various software & tools.

Pay Scale:Rs. 40000/- per month + 30% HRA for Ph.D holders and consolidated Rs. 38000/- per month + 30% HRA for Master Degree.

Age Limit: not be more than 35 years for the post of Senior Research Fellow as on date of interview. 5 years relaxation for SC/ST/ women candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates as on date of interview.

System Administrator

Educational Qualification:B.Tech. or Master degree in computer science/Computer Engineering/MCA or equivalent. Desirable qualifications: Specialization in LINUX System Administration. Experience in system administration under Windows Server/ Oracle/MySQL.

Experience in Java/ C++/ PHP/ PERL/ Python etc. based application development Linux, Apache and MySQL/Oracle.

Pay Scale:Rs 25,000/? per month.
