Negotiable Depending Upon The Merits.
The incumbent should be Graduate with 3/5 years professional Law Degree from recognized University/Institute or equivalent. He should have minimum 5 years post qualification, experience and have a thorough knowledge of Commercial, Industrial law, and Service matters etc. He should be conversant with practice and procedure of the Courts / Tribunals / Arbitral bench with regard to arbitration cases. Preference shall be given to those having experience in the offices of cement / manufacturing industry.
