Candidates with B.Tech(JRF) in Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Instrumentation and Control Engineering specialization and M.Tech(SRF) with specialization in Power Electronics/ Power Systems with min. 60% marks in aggregate (of all the years/semesters) or equivalent CGPA are eligible to apply.
