(a) Graduate in Commerce with 60% marks OR pass in JAO/SAS exam, And (b) At least 6 years’ experience in Budget /Accounts/Finance/PSU/ Autonomous body/Statutory body/Commercial Organisation of repute. Desirable: (a) Knowledge of computerized handling of Accounts. (b) Knowledge of Conduct of Audit. (c) Knowledge of Govt. Rules on finance & Accounts/Claims, Settlement/General Financial Rules/Delegation of Financial Power Rules. (d) Experience in preparation of Balance Sheets. (e) Experience in the investment of funds. (f) Experience in heavy volume cash transactions/financial man
