D. in Behavioural Sciences /Industrial Psychology/ HRD from recognised University or equivalent with 3 years’ experience out of which 2 years experience in research/ training in labour related area. Desirable: (i) Research papers in reputed journals/ major national/ international seminars. (ii) Teaching/ training experience in reputed organizations/ universities
