Candidate should hold M.Tech/M.E. in VLSI Design/Microelectronics from a recognized university. The candidates having experience in numerical simulations, circuit, Layout design and successfully completing a project in areas related to SOC will be preferred. Having working knowledge of Linux, software tools related to VLSI is advantageous.

Candidates having qualifying GATE score will be preferred for this post. The duration of the post will be initially for one year and may be extended further subject to satisfactory performance and provisions under the Project. The posts will be coterminous with the duration of the project.
