Educational Qualification:Ph.D or having three years of research/teaching, design and development experience in the area of Power Electronics and Drives after M.Tech/ ME (GATE qualified) with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
Pay Scale: Rs.36,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:As Per Rules.

Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
Educational Qualification:M.Tech /ME. (GATE qualified) in the area of power electronics and drives with two years of research experience.
Pay Scale:Rs.28,000/- Per Month
