Experience:3 years experience in Urban Planning with experience of urban infrastructure projects / affordable housing i slum development projects
Educational Qualification:Graduate Degree in Urban Planning / Regional Planning / Geography / Civil Engineering / Architecture Engineering. PG qualification is preferable. Fluency in local language desirable.
Pay Scale:Rs.35000-45000/- Per Month
Age Limit:as per rules.
Housing Finance and Policy Specialist - 92
Experience:3 years experience in housing finance or banking or housing policy
Educational Qualification:Graduate in finance / Commerce / Economics / Management from recognized university. PG qualification is preferable. Fluency in local language desirable.
Pay Scale:Rs.35000-45000/- Per Month
Age Limit:as per rules.
Municipal / Civil Engineer - 38
Experience:3 years of experience in procurement, design, and supervision of infrastructure works.
Educational Qualification:Graduate degree in Civil Engineering.. PG qualification is preferable. Fluency in local language desirable.

PPP Specialist - 01
Experience:3 years professional experience in developing and managing projects on PPP Mode.
Educational Qualification:Post Graduate in Civil Engineering / MBA from recognized university.

MIS Specialist - 01
Experience:3 years professional experience in developing and managing projects on PPP Mode.
Educational Qualification:B.Tech. in Computer Science / IT / MCA. PG qualification is preferable.

Environmental Specialist - 01
Experience:3 years of experience in assessing, monitoring, and mitigating environmental impacts of urban inilastructure investments.
