UP Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (UPRVUNL) invites applications for recruitment of Company Secretary in Lucknow. Last date for application is 5th March 2016.
Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs. 8900/-
(a) Candidate should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and should hold a Degree in Law From a recognized University/Institute. (b) Preference shall be given to a candidate having the qualification of a Cost Accountant in addition to (a) above from a recognized Institute. (c) Preference shall be given to a candidate having an LLM Degree from a recognized university/Institute with specialization in Business Law.
Minimum 09 years of independent work experience as a Company Secretary in a company having equity at least 50 crores. Preference shall be given to those candidates, who have the above experience as a Company Secretary independently.
