Master degree in a relevant discipline such as Rural development/Social sciences/Management.
Experience of Minimum 5 years working in skill development initiatives with Government projects; Experience in government contracting business and government projects/proposals is essential; Knowledge of the principles, terminology, and methodology of proposal preparation is preferred; Experience working with MSDE, NSDC, DDU-GKY and another state Government Skill Development initiatives will be preferred; Exposure to working with the Central/State Government is an added advantage.
