Holding analogues post in the parent cadre in the same Pay Matrix Level-8/ pre-revised pay scale of Rs.9300-34800+4800 Grade Pay or Having two years of regular service in PB-ll (Rs.9300- 34800+ cP 4600/-(pre revised) Pay Matrix 7 or Having five years of regular service in the PB-ll (Rs.9300-34800+ GP 4200L (pre revised) Pay Matrix-6. Desirable: Good stenographic and typing skills. Proficiency in handling computers with excellent comouter skills.
