Rs. 40,000/- per month + HRA @30%
Candidates should be Law Graduate (i.e. LLB or equivalent - professional) from any of the Indian Universities / Institutes recognised by the Bar Council of India.
Candidates must be enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council and have minimum 10 years’ work experience (as on May 2017) post enrolment in the field of Constitutional Law, C.P.C., Cr. P.C., Service matters / Arbitration Act / Evidence Act / Contract Act / Limitation Act / Negotiable Instrument Act etc. in Private / Public Organisations, Financial Institutions or with Central / State Governments.
