3 years full time First Class B.Sc. Degree and 2 years full time First class M.Sc. (Chemistry).
For Senior Manager:- Should have minimum 19 years of post qualification experience as on 01/11/2017 in Cement plant. For Manager:- Should have minimum 17 years of post qualification experience as on 01/11/2017 in Cement plant. For Deputy Manager:- Should have minimum 14 years of post qualification experience as on 01/11/2017 in Cement plant.
