The applicant should be a graduate from a recognized university with good academic record. Applicants with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations or Degree in Law or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university/institute will have an added advantage.
The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience during the last ten years at a senior level in various aspects of personal management and human resources management in an organization of repute. He should also have at least two years experience of personnel management in one or more production units
