Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will hold on 19-06-2016 an All India Open Competitive Examination for recruitment to the posts of Junior Hindi Translators, Junior Translators, Senior Hindi Translators and Hindi Pradhyapak.
Junior Translator
Educational Qualification:Master?s degree of a recognized University in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject at degree level, Or Bachelor?s degree with Hindi and English as main subjects (which includes the term compulsory and elective)
Pay Scale:Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
Age Limit:not exceeding 30 years.
Junior Hindi Translators
Educational Qualification:Master?s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master?s degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master?s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level; OR Master?s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level;
Pay Scale:Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-

Senior Hindi Translators
Educational Qualification:Master?s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master?s degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master?s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level; OR Master?s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level;
Pay Scale:Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-

Hindi Pradhyapak
Educational Qualification:Bachelor?s degree in Hindi with English as one of the subject at degree level either as compulsory or optional from a recognized University or Institute plus Master?s degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute plus Bachelor of Education from a recognized University/Institute. OR Bachelor?s degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute plus Master?s degree in Hindi with English as one of the subjects at degree level either as compulsory or optional from a recognized University or Institute plus Bachelor of Education from a recognized University/Institute.
Pay Scale:Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200/-
Age Limit:not exceeding 30 years.
