Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL) invites applications for recruitment of Research Associate (RA), Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Delhi. Last date for application is 15th March 2016.
Research Associate (RA)
Educational Qualification: 1) Ph.D in Physical / Material Science. 2) Ph.D in Physical / Electronics having area of expertise related to design / fabrication of Semiconductor devices.
Pay Scale:As Per Rules
Age Limit:35 years.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - 32
Educational Qualification: 1) Post Graduation degree in Physics / Electronics / Chemistry with first division with NET (Lectureship/Fellowship) Qualification OR Graduation degree BE.B.Tech with first division with NET/GATE Qualification.
Pay Scale:As Per Rules
Age Limit:28 years.
