Bachelors Degree in Architecture/Planning/Technology/Engineering AND Masters Degree in Planning with First Class or equivalent either in Bachelors or Masters Degree. OR Masters Degree in Economics/Geography/Sociology AND a Masters Degree in Planning with First Class or equivalent in BOTH the two Masters degrees.
