BE/B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree in first class with valid NET/ GATE score (OR) ME/M.Tech in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Micro Electronics/Sensor Technology /Materials Science/Nano Technology in first class both at Graduate and Post Graduate degree.
