i) A high second class Post Graduate degree in Economics; ii) Doctoral Degree in Economics; and iii) 15 years research experience out of which five years should be at senior supervisory level in the field of international trade, investment and/or technology and development cooperation. iv) Published work, particularly research papers in peer reviewed journal.
