B.Tech. Agricultural Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with OGPA of 2.00/4.00 basis or 50% marks. M.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Farm Machinery & Power Engineering./Renewable Energy Sources or equivalent with overall grade point average of 3.40/4.00 or 6.50/10.00 basis or 65% marks.

The engagement will purely be on temporary basis for a period upto six month from the date of appointment or till the termination of scheme whichever is earlier.
