Honorarium, as per the existing policy, shall be given for the services rendered.
i) He/she should have retired from Central Govt. /State Govt. /PSUs and should not be below the rank of Deputy Secretary in Central Govt. and equivalent rank in the State Govt. /PSUs. ii) He/she should be in sound health - both physically and mentally. iii) He/she should not be an accused officer in any pending inquiry and should be of impeccable integrity.
