Joint General Manager (Operations Administration)

Educational Qualification: Should have held CHPL / ATPL (H) and at least 4500 hours of Helicopter Flying experience including 1000 hrs as PIC + IR. (Requirement of CHPL/ ATPL(H) may be relaxed in case of Defence Pilots). The candidate should have 12 (twelve) years of flying experience including administration of flying operations out of which two years in the next below grade in IDA Scale / equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent responsibility/CTC in any Airline / Defence Aviation.

Joint General Manager (Commercial)

Educational Qualification: MBA / PGDM with specialization in Marketing / Finance or equivalent from a recognised University / Institution with 12 (Twelve) years post qualification executive experience out of which at least two years should be in the next below grade in IDA Scale / equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organization. Should have relevant experience in marketing & commercial activities including financial aspects of the business operations. Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

The candidate should have relevant experience in marketing & commercial activities including financial aspects of the business operations. Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.

Educational Qualification: Pilot holding CHPL / ATPL(H) / CPL OR Engineer holding B.Tech / BE or equivalent Engineering Degree OR AME licence holder. The candidate should have minimum 3 (Three) years of Aviation experience out of which at least 2 years should be in next below grade in IDA Scale / equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organization. The incumbent should have knowledge of DGCA Regulations. He/She will be involved in implementing safety policies in the Company and ensuring safe flying operations..

Manager (FOQA)

Educational Qualification: Pilot holding CHPL / ATPL(H). The candidate should have minimum 3 (Three) years of experience in Civil Aviation out of which at least 2 years should be in the next below grade in IDA Scale / equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organization. Having knowledge about the preparation of FDR/CVR readouts and their analysis will be an added advantage. The incumbent should also have experience in incident / accident investigation & safety audit etc and knowledge of DGCA Regulation is required. The incumbent should have incident/ accident-free flight safety / maintenance record. He/She will be involved in implementing safety policies in the Company and ensuring safe flying operations.

Experienced Helicopter Pilots

Educational Qualification: Pilots holding current & valid licence - CHPL or ATPL (H) with endorsement on AS-350B3, Bell-412/407/206L4, Dauphin N/N3, Mi-172 & ALH Dhruv helicopters with relevant flying experience. Selected helicopter pilots will be considered at various levels depending upon their qualification and flying experience.
