Pawan Hans Limited invites applications for recruitment of Deputy General Manager (DGM), Assistant General Manager (AGM), Manager in Noida, Delhi, Mumbai, Guwahati. Last date for application is 11th July 2016.
Deputy General Manager (DGM) - 01
Experience:Minimum 09 years of experience in Civil Aviation and 2 years in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC. The incumbent should have experience in incident investigation and safety audit etc and knowledge of DGCA Regulation is required. The incumbent should have incident / accident free flight safety / maintenance record in the last five years. He will be involved in implementing safety policies in the Company and ensuring safe Flying operations.
Educational Qualification:Pilot holding CHPL / ATPL(H) / CPL OR Engineer holding AME licence
Pay Scale:Rs. 32900-58000/- Per Month
Age Limit:45 years.
Assistant General Manager (AGM) - 01
Experience:The candidate should have a minimum of seven years post qualification executive experience out of which two years should be in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organization.
Educational Qualification:Candidate should be in possession of MBA's or holding Post Graduate Degree / two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from a recognised University/ Institution.
Pay Scale:Rs. 29100-54500/- Per Month
Age Limit:45 years.
Manager (Internal Audit) - 02
Experience:The candidate should have a minimum of three years post qualification relevant executive experience out of which two years should be in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organization.
Educational Qualification:Candidates should be CA's / ICWA's / MBA's from a recognized Institution with specialization in Finance.
Pay Scale:Rs. 20600-46500/- Per Month
Age Limit:30 years.
Manager (Safety) - 03
Experience:Minimum 03 years of experience in Civil Aviation and 2 years in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC. The incumbent should have experience in incident investigation and safety audit etc and knowledge of DGCA Regulation is required. The incumbent should have incident / accident free flight safety / maintenance record in the last five years. He will be involved in implementing safety policies in the Company and ensuring safe flying operations.
Educational Qualification:Pilot holding CHPL / ATPL(H) / CPL OR Engineer holding AME licence
Pay Scale:Rs. 4.80 lacs per annum
Age Limit:30 years.
Manager (Safety) - 03
Experience:Minimum 03 years of experience in Civil Aviation and 2 years in next below grade or equivalent responsibility/CTC having knowledge about preparation of FDR/CVR readouts and their analysis will be an added advantage. The incumbent should also have experience in incident / accident investigation and safety audit etc and knowledge of DGCA Regulation is required. The incumbent should have incident / accident free flight safety / maintenance record in the last five years. He will be involved in implementing safety policies in the Company and ensuring safe flying operations.
