A candidate must have possessed A Bachelor Degree in Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) or equivalent degree from a recognized University or Institution recognized by Central Council of Homoeopathy and must have registered himself/herself under the Odisha State Board of Homoeopathic Medicines.
