Job Description: North Eastern Hill University (NEHU) invites applications for recruitment of Guest Lecturers in West Garo Hills. Last date for application is 29th July 2016.

Pay Scale: Rs.1000/- per lecture subject to a maximum of Rs. 25,000/- per month.

Qualification Required: i. M.A. in English with at least 55% (for Gen) and 50% (for SC/ST) ii. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the Candidate must have cleared the NET/ SLET/SET iii. Candidates, who are, or have been awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of PhD Degree) Regulations, 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for Recruitment. Desirable: Experience in Teaching.
