State Programme Manager - 01
Educational Qualification: a. Two years full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Health Management/ Public Health Management from a Govt. recognized institute/ university. b.Experience in working for reforms in health systems and management of change in the health sector. c. Computer Proficiency: MS office. d.Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill. e. Demonstration ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment. f. Experience in and ability to plan, implement and evaluate large health/ social sector programmes will be main criteria
Pay Scale:Rs. 32,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:55 years.
Additional Consultant (Maternal Health) - 02
Educational Qualification: a. MBBS with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynecology from a Govt. recognized Medical College and registered with Assam Medical Council b.Computer Proficiency: MS office. c. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skill. d. Demonstration ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment. e. Experience in and ability to plan, implement and evaluate large health/social sector programmes will be main criteria
Pay Scale:Rs. 32,000/- Per Month

Hospital Administrator - 02
Educational Qualification:Master Degree in Hospital Administration / Hospital Management/ MD (Hospital Administration) from Govt. recognized institution
Pay Scale:Rs. 22,000/- Per Month

RMNCH Counselor - 02
Educational Qualification:Bachelor in Social Work/ Social Science/ Sociology/ Psychology from Govt. recognized institution
Pay Scale:Rs. 12,000/- Per Month

Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant - 01
Educational Qualification:MBBS with Post Graduate Degree in Preventive Medicine/ Community Medicine/ Public Health from a Govt. recognized Medical College preferably with 2 years of experience in the area of specialization, of which at least 1 year should be preferably in a public health programme.
Pay Scale:Rs. 32,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:62 years.
District Programme Officer - 08
Educational Qualification:MBBS degree from a Govt. recognized Medical College and Registered with Medical Council of India (MCI) / Assam Medical Council (AMC).
Pay Scale:Rs. 32,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:50 years.
Consultant - 02
Educational Qualification:Post Graduate Degree in Sociology/Social work/Home Science/Women studies/ Public Health from Govt. recognized institution. Preference will be given to those having advanced degree/diploma in Public Health Management.
Pay Scale:Rs. 32,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:50 years.
Finance and Accounts Consultant - 01
Educational Qualification:Post Graduate Degree in Commerce / MBA (Finance) or Inter CA/ Inter ICWA from Govt. recognized institution
Pay Scale:Rs. 27,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:40 years.
Dietician - 02
Educational Qualification:B.Sc in Home Science with Food & Nutrition as special subject or Post Graduate in Food & Nutrition from Govt. recognized institute. Candidates having experience in community nutrition activities will be given preference.
Pay Scale:Rs. 16,000/- Per Month
Age Limit:40 years.
Speech Therapist/Audiologist - 22
Educational Qualification:Diploma in Hearing & Language and Speech (DHLS) course from Govt. recognized institution.
Pay Scale:Rs. 16,500/- Per Month
Age Limit:as per rules.
Finance cum Logistic Consultant - 02
Educational Qualification:M.Com / CA-Inter or equivalent qualification from Govt. recognized institution. Well versed with all the accounting procedures, bookkeeping practices, external and internal audits and other necessary accounting norms. Computer Proficiency: MS office and other popular accounting software packages.
Pay Scale:Rs. 20,000/- Per Month

District Programme Coordinator - 01
Educational Qualification:MBA, Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management/ Rural Management/Social Work/Rural Development from Govt. recognized institution.
