1. The candidate should possess Either Postgraduate degree/diploma in Mass communication or equivalent courses where the student has undergone the following courses or their equivalents: Various aspects of radio as a medium of mass communication and radio journalism. Audio editing and recording: Both theory & Practice Radio production and broadcasting or Any bachelor's or post-graduate degree with previous work experience in Radio station and the software used for audio editing/Recording. 2. Good aptitude in software used for word processing, internet browsing & audio processing. 3. Very good ability to read, write and Speak in both Tamil & English. 4. Should be able to work for 8 hours/day party during day & night from 6-9 PM.
