Master degree (M.Sc.) in Physics with at least 55% and valid NET/GATE score with preferable specialization in Materials science/Solid State Physics. Candidates with M.Tech. degree in Nano-Science and Technology/ Ceramics/ Materials Science, are also eligible to apply.
