M.Tech (Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, or relevant to mentioned streams) with BE/B.Tech (Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, or relevant to mentioned streams) from a recognized Institute or University. Minimum marks 6.5 CGPA or 60% in both degrees. Desirable: Knowledge of MATLAB, Soft Computing and Digital Signal Processing, Biomedical Signal Processing is preferable.
