Graduate or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. Desirable: Minimum speed of 100 w.p.m. in Stenography. Computer knowledge with typing speed of 40 w.p.m. and minimum 2yrs experience of having worked on the job of similar nature. Soft skill with telephone etiquette. Good command of English and Hindi (written and spoken).
