(i) M.Tech. or M.E. degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering with specialization in Power Electronics and Drives with first division. (ii) B.Tech. or B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering with first division. Desirable Qualification & Experience: Candidates should have cleared GATE at any period of time.
