Rs. 50,000/- per month for Ph.D./Rs. 40,000/- per month for M.Tech./M.Arch./M.Planning
Architecture: Ph.D. / M.Tech. / M. Arch. / Master of Town Planning after a professional Bachelors Degree of 4 or more years duration. First Class both at UG and PG Level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA). Civil Engineering: Ph.D. / M.Tech. in Civil Engineering (Structural Engg., Transportation Engg., Geotechnical Engg., Water Recourses Engg., Environmental Engg., Geomatics, Building Construction & Technology, Offshore Structures). First Class both at UG and PG Level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA). Chemical Engineering: Ph.D. / M.Tech. Chemical Engineering and B.Tech. Chemical Engineering. First Class both at UG and PG Level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA). Computer Science and Engineering: Ph.D. / M.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent after a professional Bachelors Degree of 4 or more years duration in the relevant branch of Engineering. First Class both at UG and PG Level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA). Electrical Engineering: Ph.D. / M.Tech. (Power Systems/Power Electronics/ Instrumentation & control/ Industrial power & Automation/HV Engg. or any other equivalent/relevant specialization in the field of Electrical Engineering). First Class both at UG and PG Level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA). Electronics and Communication Engineering: Ph.D. / M.Tech. (Communication and Signal Processing, Microelectronics & VLSI, Electronic Devices, Circuits, Electronic System Design, Microwave Engineering Antenna Theory). First Class both at UG and PG Level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA) Mechanical Engineering: Ph.D. / M.Tech. (Manufacturing, Thermal, Design, Industrial Engineering & Management). First Class both at UG and PG Level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA). Mathematics: Ph.D. in Mathematics/ Statistics. First Class both at UG and PG Level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA). Physics: Ph.D. with M.Sc. (Physics)/ 3 years M.Sc. Tech. (Photonics). First Class both at UG and PG Level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA). Chemistry: Ph.D. in Chemistry. First Class both at UG and PG Level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA). School of Biotechnology: Ph. D. in Biotechnology/ Life Sciences. First Class both at UG and PG Level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA). School of Nanoscience and Technology: M.Tech Nano Technology. First Class both at UG and PG Level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA). Hands on experience in SEM is essential. English: Ph.D. in English. First Class both at UG and PG Level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA). Economics: Ph.D. in Economics. First Class both at UG and PG Level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA). Management: Ph.D. in Management (Preferred in Human Resource / Marketing/ Systems). First Class both at UG and PG Level (60% or 6.5/10 CGPA).
