Educational Qualification: Candidates Should have M.Sc. in Biochemistry or Biotechnology or Microbiology/M.Pharma/M.Tech (Biotech) with 5 years of experience OR PhD in the above mentioned subject with 2 Years of experience.
Pay Scale:Rs.75,000 /- p.m

Preference will be given to skilled Protein analytical chemist who has worked with on physiochemical characterization of Therapeutic Monoclonal antibodies in reputed Labs/Institute. The candidate should be proficient in the below mentioned analytical chemistry methods: Expertise in HPLC/LC-MS for Amino acid sequence (full as well as N and / or C terminal), peptide mapping, Glycoforms and other modifications like Phosphorylation, acetylation, Myrsitoylation, esterification, etc. Capillary electrophoresis, IEX-HPLC for charge variants and Aggregates analysis by SEC - HPLC, SDS-PAGE, IEF, disulphide bridges analysis, Western blotting.
