National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM) invites applications for recruitment of Estate cum Security Officer (Civil) in Pune. Last date for application is 22nd February 2016.
Rs. 70,000 corresponding to notional basic plus grade pay of Rs. 21,000/-
The candidate should be a Graduate in Engineering (preferably in civil) with 10-15 years relevant experience, having good interpersonal and communications skills and comfortable in working with computers. Knowledge and experience of Auto CAD will be an added advantage. Must have hands-on experience in facilities management of educational/management institutions and residential complexes and should be able to foresee and administer these activities and responsibilities effectively.
