National Institute for Smart Government (NISG) invites applications for recruitment of Manager - Training & Development / Capacity Building and Knowledge Management in Hyderabad. Last date for application is 18th March 2016
As Per Rules
First Class Post Graduate degree holder with 8 to 10 years of experience in Learning & Development domain / Training projects, including 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Team Leader.
Proven working experience in coordinating multiple training events in a government, /corporate setting. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc) Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven Team leadership skills. Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
